After having a baby first you need to learn how to deal with all the changes required for becoming a new mother. Every new mom soon learns that babies have different time clocks than an adults. A new born wakes up every 3 hours and needs to be bed, changed and comforted. You have to get tight sleep, save steps and time have.
TIPS FOR NEW PARENTS :–
- Self care may be as sample as giving your self permission to take a hot shower, sit down to eat a warm meal, go outside for 10mints or say yes to doing something you enjoy.
- Feel free to ask everyone to wash their hands or not to hold or kiss your baby. It’s also your choice to ask friends and family to stay home if they are sick, especially around flu season
- Take a moment out of precious time for your baby as bonding develop this stage.
- Creating healthy boundaries ensures you have time to rest and heal form child birth. It also can help you get some ” alone ” time to bond with your new baby.
- Try to create separate living and sleeping areas in your home, so your baby can get rest while older siblings have room to play.
